System backup using SCP

I'm having the issue that system backups transferred with SCP are not being transferred.
Looking at the receiving server's backuplog, authentication is going well but nothing is being transferred.

When I change the protocol to FTP the transfers are working as it should be.

Where and how are you setting the protocol or SCP?

Which backup is having the problem? Admin level resellerpr the one called System Backup? I'm guessing the latter because your subject says System backup.

That's a third-party program, so check the line it uses and try it from the command line to see if there's any error.
