Tally Cron???

/bin/sh: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
/bin/sh: -c: line 1: `echo 'action=tally&value=all' >> '

I get this from the Cron Daemon in my e-mail inbox every two hours. I followed the directions to a tee when I read this article in the knowledge base.
