Hi there, I've sent 2 emails to activate my temporary license so I could migrate servers but didn't receive any reply. I need it done asap so could anyone from DA staff look into it. Thanks.
 
From where did you get what you call your temporary license?

I ask because if you get a temporary license from DirectAdmin it comes with code you enter during the installation, which needs no additional installation?

Or do you mean you haven't yet asked them for a license?

I followed step #1 of this guide http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=57

So I've placed a new order for a license with my new server's IP and contacted DA support to activate it for a short period of time. This is the process I've always followed in the past. Except this time I'm not getting any reply and I need it asap.
 
I noticed someone removed inactive licenses from my account however they still didn't activate the new temporary license. Can someone look into it asap please.
 
Just contacted via that form. Hopefully someone responds soon, its been 3 days already.
 
Your support page mentions a 45 minute reply time during business hours. It's been 3 days now. Any other ideas on how to get in touch with sales/support?

Exactly the same thing I am stuck in the middle of work , I have an owned license and there is no reply to my email sent last week
I come to chat it is offline I sent two emails but no use

Please help me so that my life becomes less stressful :)


By the way these random questions in your forum to prevent spam is very difficult to reply
please note a large number of users are not English native speakers

I had to google to find the answer to one of your questions and get into this stage

Please do not make life difficult for people specially for a man like me who is not young :)
