Hello,

I have a reseller account on linux server using DirectAdmin v1.50.1

I created many emails using a domain listed on this server, when I configure emails on Microsoft Outlook, I always have an error "450 Requested action not taken" at sending test, and I get a list of not sent emails at the end of day .

is this problem at my Server, or ISP problem? and what shall I check?

Thanks a lot for help.

Log files server and outlook. ( header and so on)

Testing webmail with roundcube same mailadress, if that is working then check or outlook settings are according to your ISP and DA server.
ISP's do have sometimes other ports and other restrictions according SMTP outgoing, therefore they have most of the times a manuel.

Checked using roundcube

In fact, it all goes well when checked using roundcube and there are no problems.....
