The system don't send tickets to some e-mail adresses

Hi,

I have a problem with the tickets that be send after a backup.

I have also make a test from command promt. see ...

When the system sends the tickets with this email adres than i receive this mail. But i can not open with the link on this mail an go to the login.

Hello Hermann.

Seems some mail systems do a verification.
And web2-kavos-infra.nl does not have any MX adresses and no A record. So in fact it does not excist.
Ip address can not be found so that is the reason that some mail systems will refuse the mail. Only poorly setup mailservers will accept the mail.

You should at least take care that your domain is known and has an A record.
It could also by this domain is not synced yet if it's a new domain name.

Your right,

I made a mistake by setup DirectAdmin.
This are the right host web2.kavos-infra.nl (. instead -)
And the domain are kavos-infra.nl

I has change this now in administrator settings.

And also in my DNS the PTR records.

I has make a backup and i receive the ticket "Your backups now ready".

Or do you still have questions? Because you say "thanks in advance" which means "bij voorbaat dank", and in that means that you already thanked for an answer that still has to come.:)
