The task.queue file does not appear to be getting processed

I received a notification after running the backup Admin Backups .

DirectAdmin has noticed that the file /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue is growing in size and not getting processed.

I can only backup successfully if I run this command over ssh;

/usr/local/directadmin/dataskq d2000

please help me
