Hello

Can you look at the screenshot below?

Ekran Resmi 2025-06-02 18.45.48.jpg

Disk Space Used: 56.61 GB
BUT
My sites average 12 GB

my directadmin panel

/admin_backups = empty (I cleaned it)
/user_backups = empty (I cleaned it)
/trash, tmp = empty (I cleaned it)

It hasn't been fixed yet after 24 hours. I don't have 56 GB of space. I'm using 12 GB. Where are these extra files?

I look forward to your help, thank you.

you need to check it from ssh console, maybe you have somewhere archive/files owned by this user so it counts to global quota even if files in different paths. also it counts database size

I looked at the MySQL files. The MySQL files are not large.

How can I check with SSH? Can you give me information? Or is there a source?

Moreover, storing backups on the same server just defeats the purpose.

Well I keep a backup on the same server, different drive, and a copy on another machine. I don't want to have to wait for 4 TB to transfer before starting the restore if I don't have to. We don't know what the situation is with phpmirza34.

I agree. It doesn't make sense to keep backups on the same server.

I solved the problem. I had started an automatic backup before. A complete server backup was taken. I deleted it and made space.
