Yes, but only if you know what to do and how to get the desired. So if you really need 3 versions of PHP you should install them as CGI into three different directories with custombuild script (manual changes into configure.php5 script are required). I dont have ready made instructions, so I can't give exact steps, but I can still do it for you in terms of commerce service. So feel free to PM for a quote, as well as you might want to hire somebody else on these forums.

Btw., random thing to do with CB 2.0:
- If you want to save 5s per page load, change in /usr/local/php54/etc/php-fpm-conf: log_level from debug to e.g. warning
