Hola, soy nuevo en este tema adquiri los servicios a fin de presentar como pruebas los proyectos que genero para mi entidad, he creado dos subdominios con sus respectivos archivos pero al correrlos me tira este anuncio.."This is a placeholder for the subdomain saasec.sisteccom.com" ya he descargado y vuelto a cargar varias veces pero nada que lo soluciono alguien me podria informar como lo puedo solucionar.. o alguna lectura de apoyo.. gracias

If its index.php delete the default index.htm........ The way it works, htm(l) is read first.

Not sure if that's your issue, but just going by your post......
 
Also, this forum is for directadmin admins, not for hosting customers, normally you should contact your host for support. ;)

Hello, I am new to this topic. I acquired the services in order to present as tests the projects that I generate for my entity. I have created two subdomains with their respective files but when I run them I get this ad. "This is a placeholder for the subdomain saasec .sisteccom.com" I have already downloaded and reloaded several times but nothing has solved it. Could someone tell me how I can solve it... or some supportive reading... thank you

as @LawsHosting already told you - delete the default index.html from the folder. Index.html has higher priority over index.php
 
ok..I have deleted the index.html that comes by default now it gives this error

Do you have a index.php file in it? As standard any index file (html, htm, php) will be shown. If you have other named files in it, then you must call them directly in the browser. What system are you trying to install, or what files?
 
The system was developed in Laravel 10, I have carried out the steps indicated to create a subdomain, upload the files to the public folder, modify and/or update the .env file, regarding database, user, and pass In the first instance it worked although it did not load the images, then nothing else appeared... I loaded again and even created another subdomain but it still gives me the errors described.
I understand that this forum is for administrators, I didn't know it, but I would appreciate your valuable help since I really don't find much information about these errors, and if I can learn from you much better, thank you very much
 
Your hosting company will be able to help you better because they can verify where your files are.
