Thunderbird set up not working

Hi;

I am trying to set up my email where I can pick my mail up and also send out mail from Mozilla Thunderbird. I have everything filled out correctly as far a I can see, I have it set for POP mail, and I have where it says server [email protected] and the same with the STMP or SMTP?, this is the information I was given when setting up. I also have put my password that I am using for my domain email account, the account in Thunderbird looks correct but when I open Thunderbird, it asks me for the password to my domain account I type in my normal password but then I am told that it was incorrect, that it is not recognized and/or accepted.

Does anyone have any ideas what this might be and possibly how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll have to ask your hosting company; we're not hosting your domain and we don't know what settings it requires.
