After the HD got full the ticket system crashed, we solved the problem after making some space in the HD using:
http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8096&highlight=ticket*+prob*
but now when the client replies to a ticket, the list of tickets gets multiplied by two, ie if there are 10 tickets, after a reply every ticket is shown two times in the list so now the list shows 20 tickets, and the next time the client replies to a ticket again gets multiplied by two, now each message appears 4 times, and the list now shows 40 messages, and so on.
When the administrator replies to the ticket the list does not get duplicated neither at the administrator panel or at the clients panel (is a reseller)
I tried erasing the file tickets.list with no success I just loose the history, but as soon as more tickets are created the duplication continues.
I checked the directory /usr/local/directadmin/data/tickets/000000/ and there is just one directory per ticket, so the problem is only with the file tickets.list
Any suggestions?
Thanks
