Ticket System Enabled = NO

Hey,
I have Ticket System Enabled = NO (untiked) since the system was first installed (a few months ago).
I also have If disabled, show set to show a link the company's contact details.

somehow a clients managed to open a ticket!

I'm using version 1.40.3
 
There must be something wrong you do. I've tested and I see:

The Ticket System is not enabled.

OK, I think I found the source of the problem.
in the main admin user it is disabled but in the other admins (which also act as resellers) it is enabled!
 
Do you use a custom skin then? I am pretty sure the setting is server wide and not by admin.
 
Hello,

To clarify, the ticket system is designed for the Reseller Level, for Users.. and then extra bits were added around that principle.
So each Admin account can set their own ticket system setting for their own Users.
