When DA sends out user messages like:

A new message or response with subject: 
 
User foo has used up 0.00196% of his bandwidth and 129.5% of his allocated disk space 
 
has arrived for you to view. 
Follow this link to view it: 
 
http://blah.com:2222/CMD_TICKET?action=view&number=000001116&type=ticket

The domain in the link doesn't match the domain of the user. Nor does it match the hostname of the server. I've looked at the template and it shows:

|HTTP||DOMAIN|:|PORT|/CMD_TICKET?action=view&number=|NUMBER|&type=ticket

Where can i configure this "DOMAIN" or where is it fetched from?

It's an internal key (variable) and it should be the domain to which the email is being sent. Check with DA support.
