Transfer user admin

I want transfer admin account from old server to new where admin user already exist how can i do this? I don't want replace this account but i want have all data from it. If i change admin.tar.gz to sth.tar.gz and do restore then account will be restored fine?

[SOLVED] Changed admin.tar.gz to differnet login like sth.tar.gz
