transferring emails from old server (pop-only account)

I'm moving my client to MediaLayer hosting and need to assist in transferring emails for multiple users. The problem is that the current server doesn't support IMAP, and one of the users (who only uses webmail) has 1000s of past emails saved on the server in custom folders.

I just realized that the pop account I set up in LiveMail only downloads the emails in the Inbox...

Any suggestions for moving her emails and keeping her folders and contents sorted correctly?

There is no way to move mail from one host to another. If it is a directadmin server you can just do an admin level backup and restore.
