Trial license to paid license issue

Hello, Having an issue when I go to buy a personal license after trial license has expired and is in "a grace period" in messages in the DA panel.

I enter in ip address and hostname and agree to the terms and conditions and get stuck in a loop of "This IP already exists" when trying to select stripe as the payment option. I get the same behavior in firefox and chrome when logged into https://www.directadmin.com/clients/createlicense.php?

I'd like to be able to purchase a license and would appreciate any suggestion.

You can reopen and paid expired license, don't need to create a new license.

Can you share your solution with us? As this questin appears more often. And then others might solve this (in the future) the same way you did.
