trouble assigning an owned ip

Hi,

I want to install a certificate. Therefor I have to assign a owned IP. I use the admin ipmanager to assing it to a reseller. On status it say free, assigned --> resellername.

When I goto the reseller and select User's data --> modify, I cannot select another ip. When I goto IP managing in the reseller, the assigned ip is not there.

What am I missing?

BTW searching the forum and KB did not help me.

Then you have not assigned it to the reseller.
