Troubles with a new user

[IPaddress]

I triyed to create a new user with a reseller account, but when I clic on "Add new user" on the home panel of the reseller account, I get the following message:

Unable to create a User

Details

You must first own an IP


Any ideas?

Looks like an IP needs to be assigned to that reseller by admin.
