Tutorial for Admin Backup/Transfer?

Hi!

Is there a tutorial for the DA feature "Admin Backup/Transfer" somewhere? I've looked trough large parts of the forum...

I'm currently doing off site backup of users via FTP and it works fine, but I'm not quite sure of the day/time variables.

I sat it to:

Minute: 0
Hour: 3
Day of Month: *
Month: *
Day of Week: *

But the backups is not done 3 o clock at night, server time...

Thanks for the tip I'll read trough it. Anyway I found my "issue"; The offsite backup server have a different time zone than my server, therefore I get different time stamps on files created there. The cron itself at the source server runs at it should
