uebimiau problem

hi all

on our direct admin servers is running uebimiau V2.7.9. it works for al our users/clients but one account stopt working from the one to the other moment. the error we get:

There were errors in the process

Please login again

System message: System failure, please contact your network administrator

all other log ins, even on this domain are working. i also have tried to delete the messages from temp, after that i can log in, get the setup screen and then the above error. does someone know an solution??
