why the UID is "apache" ?
it should be the username of the account

When you use a program like Joomla or Mambo (and others) to add modules or componets, it uses apache to set these up on the server. Thus apache is set as the UID. Once that is done, you may want to change the UID for these files / folders.

If the server you are on has the latest version of DA, then you can use the filemanager to change the UID's. If the server is not running the latest version of DA, ssh to the server (if you have access) and change the UID of the directories and files to the correct user.

seachen, it's obvious from your posted image that the server you're site is hosted on isn't running a late enough version of DA for you to make the ownership change yourself. So you may need to speak with your hosting company about updating DA to a version that'll work for you, or perhaps to make the changes for you.

Alternatively you can find a joomla-based plugin (if that's what they're called) that'll allow you to manipulate the files even though they're owned by apache.
