Unable to access Messages.

I can't access to messages. it show error " Feature Disabled This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator."
How do I enable the feature?

I am having same issue for users after the newest update. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
 
It's a reported error. @ddrhost managed to fix his:
I resolved it. It was the Messages menu that was disabled, but in my case there was a duplicate menu with the same link and that caused the conflict.

I had to remove the duplicate menu that was disabled.

So you might want to check this, otherwise follow the release thread, it's reported in there too or add that you have this issue too:

This problem is happening to me also.

I never changed the Messages Menu before.

Has anyone found a way to resolve this?

Logged in as admin, but cannot access the messages. It says "This feature has been disabled. Please, contact your administrator."

How/Where to enable messages?

I had this problem as well, it is caused by changes inside the customize skin menu. I'm not sure what kind of change causes this issue exactly, but using the button 'RESET TO DEFAULTS' solves this issue.

1. Go to your webpanel
2. Under Admin level > Customize Evolution Skin
3. Menu
4. Button > RESET TO DEFAULTS
 
same problem here. I don't have any customization on evo skin.
 
You do not have to Reset to defaults.

You can edit this file:

/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/USER/skin_customizations/evolution/files/menu-v2.json

You will see /user/messages, ensure its set to enabled: true
 
You dont have to reset customization of your pannels, do the following instead:
Customize Evolution Skin --> menu --> enable support center.
