Unable to activate demo_user in DirectAdmin with Evolution skin

Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem with activating the demo_user in DirectAdmin using the Evolution skin. It seems that the option to activate the demo_user is not visible. Can someone tell me how to activate the demo users (user/reseller/admin) in DirectAdmin with the Evolution skin?

I can enable the option when using another skin, but the options are not saved.
