unable to add a domain

Hello

I am trying to add a domain to a server, and I am getting the following errors:

Error Creating Domain

Details

Unable to write user's httpd.conf
Unable to read gamblers-choice.com.conf file
Unable to read putty.exe.conf file
Unable to read sb20up.zip.conf file
Unable to read texas-holdem-poker-room.net.conf file
Unable to read gamblers-choice.com.conf file
Unable to read putty.exe.conf file
Unable to read sb20up.zip.conf file
Unable to read texas-holdem-poker-room.net.conf file

Errors encountered while creating domain. Not adding domain to /etc/named.conf
Error Creating Domain

Can somebody please help me correct this?

I tried rebuilding the httpd.conf but to no avail ...

I don't know how the client got these non-domain files in their domains folder .... and trying to delete them gives me similar errors

You might need to run Directadmin in a debug mode and see what does it complain about.

Mmmmm..... 'Unable to read putty.exe.conf file' it's a little strange to me, have you ever try the command by Linux terminal or other stuff? :|
If so, it seems something is wrong with the user's httpd.conf file. Check the permissions and file attributes.

Unable to read putty.exe.conf file

It seems to as if a user added a domain with such a name: putty.exe and so on from the list above, they are also added as domains. That's clear, one thing is not clear, is that what doesn't named like about it.

I have started DA in debug level 2000 .... however it is not listing anything at all

This problem is above my pay grade ... I would be willing to pay somebody to help me correct it before the client jumps ship, as I am unable to contact my usual server admin.
