Unable to claim the free domain included with my hosting plan

Hi everyone,


I recently purchased a hosting package and connected it with my existing domain during the signup process. The package I selected includes one free domain, but I’m not seeing any option to claim or activate it.


Whenever I search for a new domain in the domain section, it shows the regular price instead of applying the free domain benefit. I’m wondering if using my existing domain during registration prevented the free domain from being automatically applied.


Does anyone know how I can activate or claim the free domain that comes with the hosting package? I’m looking to register a second domain using that included free domain benefit.


Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

You should address your question to your hosting provider. These are community forums where we share our experience in using Directadmin. The latest one is a hosting panel that your provider is likely using. DirectAdmin does not either sell or present domains. So we can not help you here.
