Solved Unable to connect to the database

The "MySQL Management" section on the control panel displays the error: "Unable to connect to the database."

I have already tried adding "event_scheduler=ON" to the "my.cnf" file, but it had no effect.

While troubleshooting with Gemini, we discovered that the MySQL table structure was corrupted; although I have repaired it, the issue persists. Gemini and I have exhausted all efforts, yet we have been unable to identify the root cause.

MySQL version: 5.7
OS version: CentOS 7.9
Status: The host is running normally, the MySQL service is active, and port 3306 is accessible.

New finding: During the execution of a backup task, the following error is reported: "Database: Error 1862 (HY000): Your password has expired. To log in you must change it using a client that supports expired passwords."

I’ve found the cause: an extra field, "is_role," had been added to the database table structure. Once I removed it and reset the password for "da_admin," everything returned to normal.
