The issue is that the file you try to extract is a compressed archive.
And for some reason the filemanager is not coded to deal with this situation.
If you have support on your license, please contact DirectAdmin via the ticket system.
In the meantime: try to unzip it on your local PC and rezip it uncompressed. (or upload over FTP after unzipping.)
If I unzip on my personal machine, this works perfectly. And then I compressed it with a .zip file to re-upload. Finally decompress with that file, everything is fine.
