unable to get api results

Hello,

I get the message "unable to get api results" on 1 server in the multi server setup section
login name, password, port number are correct

anyone have any idea, i can't find a solution

Maybe server 1 is blocked or port 2222 and/or 53 not open?
Check this, it's an old post, but still valid for running DA in debug mode and you can find what's wrong.
