Unable to load my webpage!

Hello,

I recently purchased a domain at another website, (www.domain.com), I've set up everything there fine, and set up everything with your service fine.
It was working without an issue except, users could not connect to my game server simply using worldoflastwar.org, they could only connect to the website.

I'll break down my issue a bit;

My website will not load, (www.worldoflastwar.org), any idea's on what could be wrong?
How do I allow people to connect to my game server by using worldoflastwar.org? Any feedback possible would be appreciated.

Those are my two main issue's I'd like sorted out.
