Unable to receive mail

One of my user reports that she can't receive a e-mail form specific user, and I found the following error log from /var/log/exim/maillog

TLS error on connection from xxxxxx (SSL_accept): error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong versionnumber

any idea?? Tks.

I think you mean download email using a local email client since the server is apparently receiving email for the domain and user.
