Unable to register on DirectAdmin website, only forum and translate works

Hello,I am trying to register on the official DirectAdmin website but I cannot complete the registration process. Interestingly, I was able to register here on the forum without any issues.

When I attempt to sign up on the DirectAdmin site, the registration fails. I have attached a screenshot of the registration page for reference.

Could someone please advise if there is a known issue with the registration system, or if there is an alternative way to create an account on the main site?

What's your browser ?

Can you open development tools on the browser and search any error on your side ?

I have already tried registering using different browsers, Firefox, Brave, Brave with Tor, Chrome. None of them worked. The registration window gets stuck and does not proceed to the next step. I also tried changing the registration data (ZIP code and other fields), but the problem remains the same. Console have errors ...

look like issued with grecaptcha. Wait DA Staff to check this again.
 
Thanks for reporting this issue. The new account registration page seems to be working as expected. Maybe you have some plugins (or ad-blocker at the network level) that blocks loading the google recaptcha library?
 
No it is not... i try with a clean browser, try all, edge, chrome etc etc no adbockers even if i have adblocker don't block recaptcha, is a code issue from your side... register fine in forum and in translate not in main page ... for a new client is not a good impression
 
I'm using Chrome from the UK and it worked fine here:

Just a thought, Is Cloudflare playing up again? We had issues on the forum due to Cloudflare a few weeks back.

It seems registrations can be completed only from certain regions. Using a US IP, the registration was successful. Maybe a Cloudflare issue...
 
We were able to reproduce the issue as well. Thanks! We are still investigating the root cause.
