Unable to see users

Hi
I am unable to see any user on DirectAdmin. I am using evolution skin DA v1.601.

Rectification: The specific user is the only one that I can't see. The user was restored from previous DA backup.
 
Here is another attachment. You can see an user mismatch.

May you PM access details or create a ticket? Sounds like a user-specific issue, but would like to see what’s the cause :)
