Unable to send Emails but able to receive

Hey guys,Hetzner refuses to open the ports.
On my server in PhoenixNap i have 70 accounts, but almost 30 uses their accounts to send emails.
I write support to open that ports
And i recieved this reply from them.
"Thank you for your email.
If you want to use this account for business purpose, why haven't you created a business account?
Thank you!"
What can i do guys?

Did you open a personal account on purpose?
If yes ; why
if no; excuse yourself for you being stupid and ask if they can open the ports. And maybe set your account to be a business account.

I just opened a server at Hetzner and i did not have any problems, i asked them even before i ordered and they were happy to open.

I did not open the account, it was my friend.
I didn't know that Hetzner has user accounts for personal use and others for business use.

Yeah, he will create a new account as business and will transfer the products from the personal

@Richard G sorry for mention you, but i want to know something:
On my current server we use mailbaby to send our mails.
Can i use that service on my current hetzner server to bypass the block?
Thanks in advance

I don't mind people mentioning me, but I don't always know the answer. :)

Normally Hetzner is prepared to unblock, but in some cases only after a month.

If mailbaby is using port 587 then theoretically you should be able to use that to bypass the block.

Seems you can change this to port 587, if I'm correct they use that one too, according to this post from last year.

@Richard G Seems that is workign now, but the things are inverted now
After configure mailbaby and set it confs on /etc/exim.transports.pre.conf to use port 587 instead 25, now i able to send
All the test emails sent from y server to my gmail arrived in bunch.
But now surprisingly i cannot recieve

Sorry, I can't help you there. I don't use external transport. Check the instructions, maybe for receiving files one of the port 25's you changed to 587 might need to be kept at 25. I don't know, sorry.

My friend, i forgot that i closed my port 25, is opened now and i can recieve and send, using 587 and 25 on this file /etc/exim.transports.pre.conf according tho this manual.
Thanks for all, i'll appreciate it!
