Unable to update SSL wildcard license for subdomain on DirectAdmin

Hello friends,
I'm having a problem that the subdomain doesn't recognize the ssl by itself when renewing the main domain.
I have a main website running on user of reseoller A, subdomain is generated from reseoller A.
When I renew my SSL license for the main web, the subdomains don't automatically update according to the main web even though I selected a wildcard when renewing the SSL.
Can anyone help me?

Hello,

Correct me if I'm wrong. In order to get a wildcard certificate for a domain to cover its subdomains, they should be owned by the same user.

My main domain and subdomains are in different users, however previous times I was still able to install wildcard with let's encrypt for my domain, just can't install it this time. The message has been installed successfully but the subdomain still does not have SSL. Do you have a solution?
