Unclear how to get website started

Hey,

I'm new to using control pannels and server management in general. I got a dedicated server and have been able to log in via SSH, and installed directadmin. The server is running CentOS 7, and I want to point a domain I purchased through google domains to my server. I'd like to install wordpress, and have that be my main page, instead of Appache is funtioning normally (which is what I get when I connect to the server by ip). Any help would be appreciated!

You have to login to the DA panel. You got the credentials after installing Directadmin.
So use http://server.ip.ad.ress:2222 and login to your panel.

Then go to the "user level" and add your domain there. It should have a .tld name so like domain.com if all is correct.
I'm not familiar with Google Domains so I don't know what that is or how they look.
