I have a client who is trying to update the usage quota on his email and every time he tires to modify it, it says that is was updated but then you refresh the email page it shows its original quota. It is almost like it is stuck. Is there a way I can manualy change it? could it be some sort of permissions problem?

I tried changing the quota on some different accounts and they changed just fine, it just this one particular account on this box.

Thanks
Brian

I'm afraid I never got a resolution. it seems to happen totally randomly and starts to work again eventually.

Lol... gotta love it when that happens... how long was it until you were able to make the changes? Maybe an update or something reset permittions somewhere?

I only noticed the problem this week.

I really need to increase the size of these boxes, but alas, I can't...

honestly couldn't tell you, i had the user delete some mail as a temporary solution. The next time i went to change it (few weeks later) it worked.

Sorry, I know its not much help.

Hello,

If it happens, check the file:
/etc/virtual/domain.com/quota
to see if it actually got set.

Also check to see if your disk is full or if there is a quota.tmp file sitting there (meaning DA couldn't rename the quota.tmp to just quota).

So, I deleted the file /etc/virtual/domain.com/quota and now it works... thanks!
