Upgrade from Personal Plan to Lite Plan

I try to contact (email) to the bill department or sale department via their emails posted on DA official website to ask about upgrading from Personal Plan to Lite Plan.
But there is no answer. Anyone knows how to contact them? Why is DA customer service pretty hard?

Unless you have send that mail out more then a week ago, please wait.
There may be a big time zone different. And the DirectAdmin team is not that big so please give them some time to reply.
 
Unless your mail got into the spambox. I believe it is allowed to create a ticket for this for the sales department too.

You cannot create a ticket unless you have a license with support.
