Urgent setup help needed (Today 19-10-2024)

Hi, last night my server supposedly crashed with all data lost and not retrievable.

I then moved to a new TransIP VPS with a handful of domains.

I did setup most things myself but I am not a specialist.
Need someone ( of course you will get paid) who can fix these issues today:

- No outgoing email
- DA access by Server hostname not possible, only with IP.
- TLS certificate issue ( never saw this option on my old server, not sure if it's hurting things.
- Some standard setup dos and donts checks and best practices.

Dear all, and specifically Tristan of Prism, who despite the rush in a weekend was very fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Thanks for your support and help.
Because of that the new server was up and running quite fast.

I am still reviewing all my server, email and website backups, and of course like many many 'normal' users, you only do that thoroughly enough after loosing some data first.
