URL working with some people and not with others

Hey ALL i'm having a very difficult time with this problem...i registered a domain and set up the hosting. The problem is, is when i try to connect to this URL from different locations...some locations the page loads up ....and others it cannot be found....I looked for a pattern to see if their were any similarities in the ones that dont work...but i cant find any. I called my ISP and it worked on their end and couldnt figure out why it didnt work for somt other people. I spoke with my registrar they say that its pointing to the host server and those at support say they can see it as well.......does anyone have any suggestions.....cause this is driving me nuts.
 
Sometimes it can take 48+ hours for the domainname to propagate to all the nameservers. Have you waited that long yet?
 
thanks for ur reply....i set this up on the 10th and pointed the domain on the 11th......so its been over 48 hours.....it works in some locations and others it doesnt.....the problem is is that where it needs to work it does :S
 
I would suggest plugging the domain name into here and see what it says there. If there is a problem with the domain configuration, it will tell you.
