Used diskspace

Hello,

A few users on my server are using more diskspace then they have ordered.
Now how can I block to transfer new files to the server for this account, because now it seems this is not given any problem.

For example

user x is using at this moment 112MB/100MB, but he can just transfer files via ftp, how can I block this?

Do you have quotas enabled? Theres no way they can use more disk space then the quota system then.

I have quota installed and this the output of the user :

Their quote is set to allow them to use 112640 for up to six days. Change their quota.
