User account emails not sending out

Oh that is odd, by default this is normally setup the way I put it there.

P.S. If you are playing hosting provider for friends, it's not a big issue. But if it's for real customers, please use some old pc or whatever from home and learn basic linux command and working with both nano and vi(m) editors, it's a must in some cases. DA is not a plug and play panel the way cPanel is where you never need to be in console.
Also... with real customers they can put you responsible for damage when mail and/or website is not working, with a bit of basic command knowledge and help from here, it's a good way to start. ;)
