user didn't have reseller

After a server crash I have restore they user backup’s, they sites are working but most users didn’t have a reseller.
So I can’t backup them from "Manage User Backups".
How can I give this users a reseller?
By "Show All Users" at "admin level" I can see they users but not in reseller level.

->Admin Level
--> Admin Tools
--->"Move Users between Resellers" can I see but not ""assign users to resellers"

Or is it in they scripts directory I must look?

This is the capri skin but it's there on the default too.
