Well, maybe i need to disable eAccelerator, at the moment i do not have enough money to pay someone (and i also cant get a second HDD, I am on a VPS).

If i ever want to solve this issue i will contact you for sure

Or is there any option to limit the maximum size of caching for a user in eaccelerator?

Hmm, if it's a VPS, then it differs... What type of virtualization is it? KVM? XEN?

See the list of settings here. You might need to update:

eaccelerator.shm_prune_period
eaccelerator.shm_size

I changed shm_prune_period to 3600 and shm_size to 500, i hope this will solve the issue. As second option i was thinking about excluding a directory from the DA quota? Is that possible?

You might want to use tmpfs to mount a new location for eAccelerator cache, then it won't be included in quotas. In this case you should have enough RAM. Or, if you've got little RAM, you might want to use loop device for the purposes.
