Hi,
I couldn't find an answer in the forums so forgive me if it has already been answered.
We have been playing around with DirectAdmin for a couple of weeks now. Please correct me if I am wrong, but it appears that the default behavior when a user goes over their limits is as follows:
- Suspend user turned ON: DA suspends site and sends out emails.
- Suspend user turned OFF: DA does nothing.
Typically the way we handle limits is to bill for the overages but not suspend the site. However, we would still like to receive emails that the user has gone over their limits. That way we know who to bill
Is this possible, or do we have to write our own scripts to gather this information when the "user suspend" option is turned off?
Thanks!
Dave
