User to reseller

Hello i have one user that rent normal hosting pachage and now wont to change his site to resseler.

Its possible to move this user with all setings etc to resseler account?

Hello, I used the "user to reseller" script and assigned an IP to two resellers but for some reason those resellers now can't use the server IP for his users.
All the other resellers created from scratch can use the shared server IP for their users.

Hello,

Go to:
Admin Level -> IP Manager

Select the server IP address.
Select the Reseller in the dropdown.
Click "Assign To".

That will give him the server IP.

Hello,

I have six resellers on that server and those created frim scratch as resellers automaticly have possibility to use the server IP for their accounts but the two resellers that were converted from users to resellers doesn't have that possibility.
Can I realy assign the server IP to one reseller (or two) and at the same time allow the other four reseller to use the same IP?

Yes, you can allow all Reseller's to use the shared server IP at the same time.
The "share server IP" package option only applies during account creation time.
After an account is created, if that Reseller doesn't have the server IP, then you'd just use the steps above to assign the server IP to that Reseller.

You can repeat that assignment of the server IP address for as many resellers as you want.
