user_spam box dont work

Guys,

I have set for all domains spamassassian enabled.
It work but when i of customer set the spam to their user_spam box, they dont get anything. I dont know where the spam emails goes but i cant find anything.

It likes the spam box doesnt exist. I check on the server .spamassassian folder. I see the

./spamassisian
./user_spam
[email protected] 0 4-11-2006

The size is all 0. I think it dont work.

Can some help me please.

Nope... also not on the old installation where it works perfect... Where is it for?

Sorry, I'm not sure then. I do know that Dovecot changes the location of the user's spam folder. That's the only reason that I asked.
