Users 'lost' to reseller after migration restore

Earlier this week I migrated a heap of DA accounts from one server where I have administrator access to a reseller account on another server, in batches of 4~5 each to be able to keep a check on things. Afterwards I noticed something strange had happened during one of the batches: the 4 users involved had been restored correctly, and all their sites and email are working correctly, but they weren't listed in the reseller's user list. Restoring them again gave the obvious 4 errors that I wasn't allowed to overwrite their user data since they weren't my responsibility.

Is there a simple way for the server administrators to restore user ownership to my reseller account?
 
Thanks, looks good because I indeed suspect I accidentally ran 2 batches simultaneously and "Things like backup restores in the background could in theory cause it, while browsing in DA."

Wouldn't it be easy to somehow allow this at admin level panel since it's a non-destructive operation?
