Using DA without DNS

We've an own server with DA installed (version 1.25.5), running on (for as for as I know) RedHat 9.

Because we've our own primary and secondary nameservers running PowerDNS; I was wondering if it's possible to disable NAMED on this server and freeing some resources.

I've tried to stop it; but it starts again... Where can I disable it ?
