Hi,

How could I view the email password for the users on the server? The reason is i need to migrate the user to another platform and i need to recreate the accounts.

The passwords are encrypted so you cannot view them except in the encrypted form. Use the backup system to move the accounts.

You can install program ettercap.
If Your users login via smtp or imap (not TLS/SSL) ettercap will show (should) passwords of users in moment of logging for mail .
But there is not elegant method
