Hey all!,

I have a question about the spam filter in DA...

When i select: Redirect spam to the ~/.spamassassin/spam folder. And there comes spam..

A few days later this is about 12,5 MB (so there is spam)...

How can i read the mails in that file... is there a tool/option or something.. Or do I have to download that file and open it with a text editor and search for those emails...

You should be able to read it by opening the account in squirrelmail.

Hey,

Thnx for your answers but it didn't work..

I have 2 email accounts..
the ~/.spamassassin/spam is about 12.5 MB (when i view it with a text editor i see a lot of mails (inc headers etc... i don't know where the mail begins an end)..

When i login on squirrelmail en click on the spam folder i see. This folder is empty.

Is there an other option?

Hopefully someone using SpamAssassin will chime in on this thread... I have no idea.

Anyone?

Jeff

I have found the solution!

When i was looking by mail accounts i saw my "master" account.
The size of this mailbox was the size of my spam file...

When i logged in in webmail with this account i saw a lot of mail..
Also the mail what was send to my other accounts...

So the email is "sent" to the box of the master account!

Thanks jlasman for helping me out.. Your answers has let me trying and trying etc...

Grtz

When you login with the main account.

That is the same account as you login into your DirectAdmin Control Panel.
